realtalkaixle: After WWII the US took seized Japan and wrote their constitution. They wrote in their constitution that only 1% of Japan’s GDP can be spend for the military, because they did not want Japan to militarize after WWII. So what happened to that other 99% of the GDP? They used it to rebuild their infrastructure and boost up their economy. Now 50 years later.   What do you think?...
